There are 4 Shakti Peethas in Bangladesh of 51 Shakti Peethas in Bharatbarsha. 1.  Bhabanipur , located in the Upazila of  Sherpur ,  Bogra ,  Rajshahi Division . Also located at Karatoyatat, it is about 28 km distance from the town of Sherpur. 2.  Jeshoreshwari Kali Temple 3.  Chandranath Temple . 4.  Sugandha , situated in Shikarpur, Gournadi, about 20 km from  Barisal  town, on the banks of Sonda river.

Radha Krishna and Shiva Kali Temple is a Hindu religious Architecture situated in Munshiganj Sadar, which is very near to destruction.About 100 years old (now rebuilt) Radha-Krishna Temple and the other one is about 190 years old (locally informed) Shiva temple at Atpara, Sukhbaspur, Munshiganj Sadar Upazila. Adjacent to this temple there are two more temples which appear to have been erected recently. It is a ‘Pancha ratna’ temple resting on a square sanctum. Its south-east corner ratna along with large portion of the body is missing. Architectural property of Temple The four turrets are set on the roof top corners while the large fifth central sikhara rises above those. The wall of the temple is 63cm thick. The temple has sharply curved cornices and an arched shape entrance on the south but its lower portion is in a dilapidated condition. The char-Chala central ratna rests upon its rectangular base which has an arched entrance and panel decoration. T

Fegnasar Shiva Temple (ফেগুনসার শিব মন্দির) was built in the reign (1159-1185 AD) of great King Bollal Shena. Another conception said, it might be built between 1725-1758 AD during the reign of King Raj Bollov. In course of time, it was on the way to destruction. Then, Moharaja Raj Bollov took some initiative to reconstruct that. It can not be assured who particularly built that temple. King Ballav was a great devotee of Shiva. This temple is in rectangular shape at base,measuring 15 feet length,10 feet width and about 25 feet high from the ground. Very common constructing material like bricks, cement and limes being used to build that temple. At the last day of full moon night in every Bengali month of Falgun, there is a large festival of worshiping being held here. There are so many stories being populated among common people about the builder of that Temple. Inside the temple, there is a large “Shiva Lingha” (শিব লিঙ্গ) (Phallus) placed. It is specially famous for Hindu crematorium (Shamshan Ghat). Electrical pyre is not use yet. Those who believe in Sanatan religion they burn their relatives death body here for funeral.It is one of the old cemetery in Bangladesh.There is a graveyard beside the Shamshan Ghat. With this temple, there is big water tank here. Locally it is known as Gangasagar Dighi. It is near about 13 Bhagha. There is a Legend, the big pond was dig by King Manshingha, the Great army chief of Indian emperor Akbar.

There is a doubt about the founder of the Moth. Some sources believe that the two brothers have built this. And some other sources believe that it was built by the inheritors of the two brothers. Also, it is not certain about the built date. Initially it had five Moth side by side. But now a days there are only three remaining. People of that time were scared of those two infamous brothers. They were too much cruel and never done anything good for the villagers. Raping girls from the village was their daily routine. People hardly used to go near their house. It is believed that they have sunken their mother in a pond nearby their house. She wanted milk from them, and it was her fault. Existing three Moth are in different heights.
